আপনার তথ্য আমরা শুধু অর্ডার পৌঁছে দেওয়া ও আপনাকে সাহায্য করার জন্য ব্যবহার করি। আমরা কারো কাছে আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না।
কী তথ্য নিই
- অর্ডারের তথ্য: নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর, ঠিকানা, জেলা, পণ্য ও পরিমাণ, নোট (যদি লেখেন)।
- অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট: কোন মাধ্যমে পাঠিয়েছেন (বিকাশ/নগদ/উপায়/রকেট) ও ট্রানজেকশন আইডি। আপনার পিন বা পাসওয়ার্ড আমরা কখনো চাই না।
- অসম্পূর্ণ চেকআউট: চেকআউট পেজে সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর লিখে অর্ডার শেষ না করলে, আপনি যা লিখেছেন (নাম, নম্বর, ঠিকানা, পণ্য) তা সংরক্ষিত হয়, যাতে অর্ডার শেষ করতে সাহায্য করার জন্য আমরা একবার কল বা WhatsApp করতে পারি। ট্রানজেকশন আইডি এখানে সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না।
- রিভিউ: রিভিউ দিলে আপনার নাম, এলাকা, রেটিং ও মন্তব্য। ওয়েবসাইটে শুধু নামের প্রথম অংশ দেখানো হয়।
কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে কল করা, প্যাক ও ডেলিভারি করা।
- অসম্পূর্ণ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে একবার যোগাযোগ করা।
- ডেলিভারির পর সমস্যা সমাধান ও রিভিউয়ের অনুরোধ।
কার সাথে শেয়ার হয়
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস: পার্সেল পৌঁছাতে আপনার নাম, নম্বর, ঠিকানা ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির পরিমাণ।
- Google: অর্ডারগুলো আমাদের Google অ্যাকাউন্টের Google Sheets-এ সংরক্ষিত থাকে।
- Meta (Facebook): আমাদের বিজ্ঞাপন মাপার জন্য Meta Pixel ব্যবহার করি। এটি কোন পেজ দেখেছেন, কার্টে যোগ করেছেন, চেকআউট শুরু করেছেন ও অর্ডারের মূল্যের মতো তথ্য পাঠায়। আপনার নাম, নম্বর বা ঠিকানা Meta-কে পাঠানো হয় না। Meta কুকি ব্যবহার করে, যা আপনার ব্রাউজার সেটিংস থেকে বন্ধ করতে পারেন।
ব্রাউজারে কী রাখা হয়
আপনার বেছে নেওয়া ভাষা ও কার্ট আপনার ব্রাউজারেই থাকে, আমাদের সার্ভারে যায় না।
কত দিন রাখি
অর্ডারের তথ্য হিসাব ও গ্রাহক সেবার জন্য রাখা হয়। অর্ডার না হওয়া চেকআউটের তথ্য ৩০ দিন পর মুছে ফেলা হয়।
আপনার অধিকার
আপনার কোন তথ্য আমাদের কাছে আছে জানতে, সংশোধন করতে বা মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে ফোন, WhatsApp বা ইমেইলে জানান। আমরা ৭ দিনের মধ্যে ব্যবস্থা নেব।

We use your details only to deliver your order and to help you. We never sell your information.
What we collect
- Order details: name, mobile number, address, district, product and quantity, and any note you add.
- Advance payment: which wallet you used (bKash/Nagad/Upay/Rocket) and the transaction ID. We never ask for your PIN or password.
- Unfinished checkouts: if you type a valid mobile number on the checkout page but do not finish, what you entered (name, number, address, product) is saved so we can call or WhatsApp you once to help you finish. Transaction IDs are never saved here.
- Reviews: your name, area, rating and comment. Only a shortened name is shown on the website.
How we use it
- To call you to confirm the order, and to pack and deliver it.
- To contact you once about an unfinished order.
- For after-sales help and to ask for a review after delivery.
Who we share it with
- Courier service: your name, number, address and the cash-on-delivery amount, to deliver the parcel.
- Google: orders are stored in Google Sheets in our Google account.
- Meta (Facebook): we use the Meta Pixel to measure our ads. It sends events such as pages viewed, add to cart, checkout started and the order value. Your name, number and address are not sent to Meta. Meta uses cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.

Your language choice and cart are kept in your own browser and are not sent to us.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for accounting and customer service. Details from checkouts that never became an order are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email. We act within 7 days.
